The Team
Nechama Seidenfeld
WurkFit was born from Nechama’s passion and drive for growth and education. She hails from generations of exemplary educators, and is passionate about teaching in an engaging, entertaining and introspective way.
After years of working as a successful software engineer, Nechama took her varied experiences in the corporate and private sector and created a curriculum that allows employees to grow and succeed in their respective careers in a more meaningful way.
Nechama uses her methodical, yet gregarious, personality to inculcate participants with the tools and skills they need to work, and live, in a more whole-hearted way. She allows leaders to manage their teams with both efficiency and humanity.
Her goal is to take raw material and allow it to shine; to stop the inertia and help employees invest heart and soul into their positions; to transform tasks into opportunity; to grow and to lead.

Michael Seidenfeld
Early in his career, Michael founded an experiential marketing & brand culture agency. His client base grew to include nationally acclaimed clients in the real estate, healthcare, finance and educational industries.
Subsequently, Michael became the Chief Operating and Marketing Officer for a large commercial real estate company. His role included restructuring the company, managing dozens of employees, and developing & implementing employee best practices.
As a presenter, speaker, and educator at WurkFit, Michael brings his incredible clarity, articulation, passion and creativity to each session and class.
His expertise in corporate culture, professional & effective communication, and the customer experience has led him to be a sought-after speaker at conferences, meetings, and workshops.
